For over 30 years, Australian artist Robert MacPherson has amassed a prodigious output that ranges from his abstract works of the mid-1970s, made in black and white with a common housepainter’s brush, to his text-based paintings of the 1980s and 1990s that consecrate the roadside vernacular of shop signs, placards and slang xpressions.

Space&Interiors [pt 1/2] @ Salone Milan 2017
While the Salone del Mobile’s main focus is on finished products, Space&Interiors paid attention to top quality architectural interiors, finishes, doors, handles, paint and decorating supplies, windows and wall coverings.
The exhibition curated by Migliore+Servetto Architects was conceived as a real narration about the world of finishing that comes out in the alternation and interaction among different areas.
