This year Paola Lenti celebrates its 20th anniversary of business activities, and reaffirms its’ personal vision of outdoor and indoor living –  focused on a philosophy of functional, elegant, simple and long lasting furniture.

She again presented her collection at the monastic retreat – Chiostri dell’Umanitaria. with the theme  of IL COLORE DEI LUOGHI  =  ” The Colours of Place

Turning the pages of  Paola Lenti’s catalogue, is like discovering balanced and essential new design landscapes where opposites become complementary: past and present, interior and exterior, tradition and technology.

Once again, creativity and quality are the outcomes of a genuine effort, energetic approach, collective efforts and constant attention to detail.

The importance that designer Paola Lenti has always attributed to “beauty” (intended as the totality of its forms of expression ) has led her to a meticulous choice of materials, resistant and yet environmentally friendly and to a unique colour palette.

This is a result of continuous aesthetic research and of the interpretation of colour, as focus of the visual space; a vivifying and balanced bond between nature and product.

You can find a serene coexistence of seemingly diverse influences: where metal and wood structures are designed to be durable; where modern and comfortable interiors seating live side by side with the newest solutions for exteriors; where elegant hand-crocheted floral rugs are created with high-tech yarns.

Each design attributes its originality to the selection and creation of the material and to the simplicity of its forms. The pieces are created to be timeless in terms of quality, functionality, colour and aesthetics

world

Paola Lenti’s exterior Aqua Collection comprises modular sofas, sun beds, umbrellas, platforms, poufs, armchairs, chairs, tables and rugs which allow for the creation of complete yet harmonious leisure areas for relaxing in the exteriors.

The nobility and quality of the materials and the level of craftsmanship used in production make Aqua Collection pieces ideally suited for the creation of informally elegant spaces as well as for interiors

The Design Week is also an opportunity for Paola Lenti to look back on the production over those past 20 years, on furniture pieces that have had and still have the ambition to preserve and enhance through the years their harmony and their intrinsic value.

Paola Lenti translates this approach into each of her 2014 collection products, like Welcome, Canvas, Island, Frame and Orlando, classics that this year are proposed in original combinations with ottomans and side tables and with new upholstery fabrics, testifying their ever lasting value and their unexpected and always renewed qualities.
