The fourth in the series of ” Dedece & Vola Celebrates ” was held at dedece’s Sydney showroom on Mon 22nd Sept, 2014
Previously Dedece together with Vola, had celebrated renowned Australian architects – (1) Glenn Murcutt, (2) Kerry Hill and (3) Alex Popov
This time around, Dedece together with Vola, and Artichoke magazine organised an intimate dinner for Sue Carr – to celebrate the career of one of Australia’s most successful and prolific Interior Designers.
Sue was honoured for her significant contribution to the advancement of modernist Interior Design and her ongoing Architectural interactions in Australia.
The Spectre of Milan, created by Disegno shared oral histories about Milan’s place in design lore by leading designers who have worked in Milan for many years,
The designers share their memories of Milan’s past, as well as their reflections on a city that continues to fascinate the creative industries.
The large format Spectre of Milan newspaper was available to pick up free of charge, from various distribution points across Milan during the Salone.
The design for the 2015 Minotti stand is informed by museum architecture, interpreted as the construction of a space intended to enhance the value of the collection in an architectural context that conveys a rational language, entirely inherent to the characteristics of the products themselves.
