Dedece Skyscraper Project
Two new additions to the classic Platner collection were introduced by Knoll at Milan’s Salone 2012.
Originally designed in 1966 by Warren Platner, the “highly anticipated” Easy Chair and Ottoman are made of finely-finished steel rods (available in nickel or bronze) teamed with a variety of upholstery.
Stamberga, the iconic Milan concept art space, hosted “ Contemporanei ” by Vittorio Bonacina.
The Stamberga store’s appearance is that of a large workshop, the walls are crumbling and leave the brick, without deliberately being fixed up to emphasize that the time left significant traces and history
Milan Fashion Week and Milan Design Week both unfold here – which makes the possibility a visit will coincide with a global convergence of the design community highly likely, making it one of the few cities that can truly claim Fashion and Design are part of its’ cultural and civic DNA
Renowned for their finesse, French fashion house Hermès took over La Pelota during the Salone Milan 2017 to present their ‘collections for the home 2017-2018’
The minimal structure inspired by stables, the place where the Hermès adventure as a producer of horse harnesses began in 1837, contains the new furnishings, accessories, fabrics and wallpapers by the French house.
