Dedece Skyscraper Project
Two new additions to the classic Platner collection were introduced by Knoll at Milan’s Salone 2012.
Originally designed in 1966 by Warren Platner, the “highly anticipated” Easy Chair and Ottoman are made of finely-finished steel rods (available in nickel or bronze) teamed with a variety of upholstery.
Tom Dixon has relocated his head office, showroom and retail space from Ladbroke Grove ( West London ) further along the Regents Canal, to the new 1,600 sqm complex on Regent’s Canal and Granary Square, with the vision that it will become a creative hub for the broader design community.
A new elevated park, Bagley Walk, similar to the Highline in New York, runs along the front of the building connecting Granary Square and Gasholder Park.
“Senses of the Future” marked LG’s debut at Milano Design Week and is intended to highlight the brand’s longstanding passion for design and innovation.
Located in Via Tortona 27, inside Superstudio Più, Tokujin Yoshioka’s artistic installation used light to draw a metaphysic atmosphere projected into the future
