The 2017 Vivid Light Walk is a journey that takes you through streets, byways and secret places, by harbour coves, garden parklands and new parts of the city.
There are over 65 works on show, many are thought-provoking, ingenious, magical, witty, hilarious, awe-inspiring and stunningly beautiful
The busiest stretch of installations at Vivid Sydney 2017 is the Vivid Light Walk which trails around the foreshore from the expanded Royal Botanic Gardens, past the Sydney Opera House, through Circular Quay passing the Museum of Contemporary Art. Then onto Cadman’s Cottage and the lanes and backstreets of The Rocks, through to Campbell’s Cove and onto the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Interni asked the architects and designers participating in this year’s edition of the event to translate the concept of ‘ Human Space’ into experimental installations, starting with the furnishings that surround us and extending to urban mobility.
From the natural environment to macro-system of production, such as the virtuous – and by now necessary – circular economy.
In collaboration with partner companies and institutions, over thirty installations have been created for the show, envisioning a future in which nature and the planet are protected, resources are saved and artificial intelligence is applied for the common good, promoting personal well being.
It’s the second appearance of the Australian company Wovin Wall during Milan Design Week –…

Rockwell teamed up with and design consultancy 2×4 to create The Diner, which is located in one of the cavernous vaults situated below the tracks that run into Milan’s Centrale railway station.
Milan’s Orto Botanica di Brera was chosen as the amazing backdrop for a sophisticated interdisciplinary project ” A Journey through Scents ” – which narrates the story of Perfume, a precious antique product with an artisanal heart and a global profile
An almost alchemic product, perfume is the result of a deep-rooted expertise and amazing handicraft production.
This exhibition was designed to be shown at the upcoming EXPO Milan 2015 but Milan Design Week visitors were luck enough to get a sneak preview during the Salone
