Ceramica Globo, in collaboration with creatives GamFratesi, previewed its new 2016 collection inside a museum-concept exhibition in the basement of it’s showroom at Corso Monforte 15, – where the ” Display” collection was literally ” on display “
For the second year running, MindCraft was curated by the Copenhagen based, Danish-Italian design duo Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi of GamFratesi
This year’s presentation at the Circolo Filologico Milanese ( a 19th century Institute dedicated to studying the origin of written language and books located on Milan’s via Clerici ) was themed around 17th and 18th century ideas about how the human mind works and the thought process behind design.
Mindcraft 2015, winner of the Milano Design Award at the Chiostro Minore di San Simpliciano was curated by GamFratesi – using “reflection” as their theme
Reflection because the Court of the Faculty of theology was used by monks to reflect, but mainly because it is the representation of our intervention in this beautiful space, completely covered with mirrors.
More than 1,000 people were present at the award ceremony of the Elle Decor International Design Awards 2013, held at the Teatro Manzoni.
