Massimiliano collaborated with Italcementi Heidelberg Cement Group, Dutch construction company CyBe Construction, and Arup to design and bring to life “3D Housing 05 “, a prototype of a 3D-printed concrete home created in response to the growing affordable housing crisis.

The one storey concrete house, located in the grand Piazza Cesare Beccaria, covers 100 square meters; it has curved walls, a living area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

The large space of Nilufar Depot is divided into a series of boxes that represent the work of the most interesting names selected by the Milanese gallery owner Nina Yashar.

Inside the structures there are units in which small design scenes are arranged by Nina Yashar herself, and cutting-edge design finds its place alongside iconic pieces

Chiesa San Paolo Converso, is a 16th-century former Baroque church ( deconsecrated after World War II ) and convent in Piazza Sant’Eufemia on Corso Italia, not far from Milan’s celebrated Duomo

The recently opened CLS factory space inside the Converso church, hosted the installation “It’s All About Meal” by Massimiliano Locatelli which explored the concept of a new conviviality in domestic spaces

No one had dared to build anything inside the church—until Locatelli secured the lease – and by December 2014 had created a metal cocoon for his architectural studio without ever touching a single church wall.
