Recently started brand Dimoremilano took over the historic Cinema Arti building in the San Babila neighborhood to create a dark, moody, 1960s-inspired environment in which to show off its debut line with an “Interstellar” installation.

The Cinema Arti is in an historic Rationalism era building, which now hosts the vision and the evolution of Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci’s galaxy.

During the Milan Furniture Fair, 2A+P/A architectural studio will present the exhibition “Drawings and Projects” in the historic Antonia Jannone architectural gallery.

A collection of projects, images, illustrations and photographs are brought together in the gallery’s spaces to portray the poetic research of the studio.

For this year’s Milan Design Week, Mini joined forces with London-based architects Studiomama to present Mini Living – Built By All which promotes the principal of collaborative participation with the creative use of a small living area, publicly accessible space and the reciprocity of private and communal living

A surface area of just a few square meters is used to create very personal and attractive spaces, reflecting Mini’s core principle of the “creative use of space”.

The Feeling of Things” is a retrospective exhibition by American artist Matt Mullican ( born in 1951 in Santa Monica, California )

The exhibition, curated by Roberta Tenconi, occupies the 5,500 square meters of the Navate and Cubo of Pirelli HangarBicocca.

This is the most extensive exhibition ever presented by Matt Mullican, with more than 5000 works, 6000 objects installed, filling the gargantuan Pirelli HangarBicocca display space

Conceived by architect Osvaldo Borsani as a home for his brother’s family, the beautiful Borsani Villa located in the small town of Varedo, just north of Milan,

It has been occupied by three generations of Borsani’s until 2008 when Carla Borsani, ( wife of Osvldo’s twin brother and business partner Fulgenzio ) passed away 10 years ago.

This treasure of design history is unknown and unseen, and offers a fascinating blend of styles bridging the two complementary approaches that defined Italian design in the 20th century: traditionalism and modernism
