For the International Design Week 2017, La Tenda Milano contributed to the panorama of events and initiatives of the circuit of Fuorisalone, dedicating particular attention to creativity, art and culture not excluding its actual interest in social issues.

La Tenda Milano hosts a variety of Paola Lenti products, produced exclusively for this venue.

In collaboration with the company Paola Lenti, Vittorio Longoni – CEO of LaTenda – presented Chords, a tribute to Cuba, the Caribbean island, to its colours, to the smiles of its people, so different from all the others and capable of offering strong emotions.

A tribute to a land that has always fascinated thanks to the vital energy arising from its landscapes and atmospheres.

For Chords, Paola Lenti creates special versions of some existing and new products and combine them with vintage pieces in a creative play of interactions inspired to the colours of the island, burnt out by time, yet surprisingly bright.

The warmest yellow, the deepest red, turquoise shades turning green into blue: Paola Lenti chooses the right hues to reproduce for La Tenda a sunny, serene and free space, full of life.

Interactions of forms and colours, of different worlds and cultures, but above all of people: a mesh of invisible threads, made stronger by the collaboration of partners and artists belonging to the world of fashion, art and culture.

The setting, an exclusive creation by Paola Lenti, has been dedicated to the support of Francesca Rava Foundation – NHP Italia Onlus for the construction of a hospital for children in Haiti.

Hopi

Paola Lenti created special versions of some new products as the Hopi pouf covered in multicolor Kimia fabric.
