Salone Milan 2010 – Markus Benesch colours

The new proposals by Markus Benesch, are characterized by strong three-dimensional inspiration. The lobby of the building is suspended the flying city that Benesch was done in collaboration with Alessandro Guerriero.

Polyethylene tubular elements are constantly being inflated and deflated and vision obstructing the passage of visitors. 

Markus Benesch started his career with 16 years as a tromp l`oeil painter and stuccoer. He then concentrated on the design of surfaces, furniture and architecture. New shapes using innovative technologies and innovative combinations of familiar materials are the hallmarks of the work of Markus Benesch.

He lives in Munich and Milan. He holds seminars and presentations as a visiting professor on interior design and product and communication design in Milan, Paris and Tokyo.
